i am having trouble figureing out how to cut the tile that is going to fit around a curved bath tub. The tub is a slight half moon shape which curves about 3 to 4 inches from the middle. Is there a tool or a technique i can use?

This is an operation that takes some skill. What I do is cut the pieces by marking each end. Cut a straight line and then nibble out the curve with the nippers. Takes a lot of patience.

One thing I'd like to add to John's answer is don't get greedy and try to nip too much at a time because you'll break the tile and then you have to start all over again. ;)
