My home is currently heated by hot water. The devices in the rooms are a mix of baseboards and radiators. As the house is a Victorian, with ornate baseboard mouldings, we would like to migrate back to radiators.

I am trying to determine if there is a formula or calculation that I can use to determine the number of fins or number of radiators necessary to heat the rooms I am converting.
