may be a manual reset.Turn power off,locate switch,there should be a little button to push.WARNING!!!If you do reset it watch for flames rolling out of burner assembly.This rollout indicates--lack of combustion air--causes include poor draft or flue blockages.If you reset it and should have to reset again MAKE SURE you place a service call and have a "TECH" do a system analysis.Your problem is hazardous.PDF

Hello Yankeefan20. Welcome to the Heating and Cooling Appliance forum and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
If the diagnostic message reads open rollout, the rollout device is a safety device. The situation could be and most likely is warning of a dangerous condition.
Do Nothing, EXCEPT contact you local and licensed York dealer.
There is a very real possibility that the burner flames are smothering, due to and for potentially several conditions listed below.
A lack of oxygen somewhere, the possibly of a cracked, ruptured, restricted and or otherwise damaged firebox, causing and or negitively effecting the burner flames. Any of these and several other conditions are causing the rolling out of the flames from within the firebox {Heat Exchanger.}
This conditions requires the immediate attention of a factory trained and highly experienced service person. The condition is NOT one for the Do-It-Yourself person to attempt to correct.
VIP:
The problem condition described is potentially hazardous to you.
I do not suggest nor recommend using any heater that has or potentially has, the condition your describing. Certainly not until the problem condition described is verified to either actually exist or not to exist and is corrected by a licensed heating professional.
