I have property in a subdivision bordered by a continuous brick fence. This fence is the rear border of my backyard, app. 75 feet. There are no side yard fences for support. Due to ground subsidence, over time this brick fence has become slanted throughout the subdivision. Fence sits atop concrete foundation (chainwall). The wall is intact, just slanted. What can I do to straighten the fence?

Various methods of approach exist. From mudjacking (pumping grout underneath) to jacks. But it's hard to hard to tell from your description if engineering services are justified or not.

The two stage approach (if this can wait) is to call the City or County Engineer and follow the recommendation of seeking engineering services or not. In the mean time consult a masonry contractor for their recommendation.
