Any ideas on how to repair cracks in concrete birdbaths? Also I have a cement "angel" that needs a wing reattached. Please help!

Waterproof epoxy works well. Other methods exist depending on the location and nature of the break.

One method: holes for steel pins are bored in the body and wing. The pins are set into the body with epoxy. When that cures the wing is attached (using any convenient means to support it while the epoxy cures). Afterward a V is ground at the break line, then patched with fine sand and cement then sanded and painted.
