I would like to apply a stain to the concrete floor in our office, is there anything I can use besides the highly toxic acid washes? The "look" I am after is allowing the characteristics of the cement to show through with a slight color wash...
removing the glue was a bigger project than anticpated and I am looking for the easiest solution at this poitn; after all of our hard work I am afraid I am going to just ened up paining over the cement--ugh

Since you object to acid stains, the only thing I can think of off hand that might meet your need (with thinning) is conventional concrete or "masonry stain".
