Please help. We are trying to clean our garage floor.....of concrete of course. Mechanic use to live here!!!! What works? we have tried several cleaners that were a joke.We also want to paint it afterwards.....any suggestions?

My first suggestion would be painters naptha and kitty litter. Pour the naptha on the stains and allow it to soak in. Then pour some more on, then cover it with kitty litter. This process draws the oil from the concrete into the litter over a period of time. Repeat as necessary.
