I HAVE REMOVED THE SLIDING DOOR FROM THE FRAME; HOW DO I REMOVE THE ROLLER MECHANISMS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE DOOR TO REPLACE THEM?

Aluminum frame.
Remove the bottom member of the frame.
Most common methods of removal:
1. Wheels slide out
2. The wheels have wings and the frame will have to be wedged apart a bit and the wheels will slide out.
3. Remove a screw in the bottom channel of the bottom frame member and the wheels will slide out.
Vynil Door welded frame: Remove screw on the side and the wheels fall out the bottom.
Wheel assemblies are sold at HD and many hardware stores however thier are over 50 different styles and removing the steel pin to replace just the wheel is a good option too.

Why do you want to replace the rollers? There may be another solution if we know what the problem is. Is this an aluminum or wood sliding door?
