I just recently built a new home and put a steel entry door on the south side of my garage. Whenever it rains, especially from the south, water leaks into the garage. It appears the water is coming under the threshhold. I have caulked the exterior and particularly were the aluminum threshhold sits on the concrete.
The doors seals well around the jam. Where is it coming from??
Thanks

Hi Keith, You could have a roof leak they sometimes show up at a window or door. When it is not raining take a garden hose and slowly work your up the door and check for leaks as you go. When it is raining go in the attic and check for leaks.
