Can anyone tell me what to replace on this to get the left side to work. It comes on but at a low volume and is very distorted. The rears, center and Right side work fine. Thanks for any help!!

The usual culprite is the output amplifier module or output transistors. They are large and mounted on the heatsink/s. Sometimes labeled left and right but not always.
