I used "webtv" on this set for approximately 6 months. Now the picture looks fuzzy and dark......the contrast is set to lightest possible. Also, dark around the picture. Any suggestions? Worth having a repair person come take a look at it? Thanks for any help. :)

Well hate to be the bearer of bad news but that set is a done for. I am not the resident TV expert but something about burning the phosphor that is on the individual guns. But the manufactures say not to use Nintendo, Atari etc on these rear projection sets. I can't imagine anything that could be done to save it. Would cost more to replace the three tubes that to buy a new one...
