I have a second story deck that is completely under roof, but gets some wind-blown rainwater during thunderstorms. I would like to install a plywood ceiling to the underside of the deck, which covers a patio. I need to seal the gaps in the deck boards so that no rainwater goes through the deck and lays on the ceiling after it is installed. The deck is constructed of PT 2 X 6 over 2 X 10 joices spaced at 12". It is 8' wide by 46' long. What kind of sealer could be applied between the deck board gaps that would have good adhesive properties to PT wood, have minimal shrinkage, and be waterproof? It does not have to match the wood in color, but does need to be at least as dark at PT wood.

Thanks demerick. I contacted XXXXXXXX and the product sounds promising. The only drawback appears to be that when you add the TAV thickening agent to the LRB, it becomes a blue color and the only way another color can be achieved is to paint it. Other than that, it sounds like just the right stuff for the job.
