i have natural gas hot water heat. i bled the downstairs radiators and that went fine. the upstairs radiators bled the air, but not any water. there are four radiators upstairs and some are hotter than others, but they all seem to be hot at least halfway up from the bottom of the radiator. what do you think?

You need to add more water to raise the water level in your system. Take it up to 20# of pressure & bleed your upstair radiators. The set the pressure to about 15#
