I have beautiful darkly stained oak cupboard doors that are original to my 100 year old home. Unfortunely the melamine counter tops are a putrid tan brown that was in fashion in the 70's. I would like to paint the counter top. I'd prefer to use melamine paint but any welcome ideas would be greatly appreciated. I can't make a mistake!
