What is the best way to clean a burner on an older boiler?
I have a Weils-Mclean boiler, I just changed the circulator and need to know how to clean the burner and what other services I can do myself.

Carl, if you are confused at this point its best to have a qualified contractor do it for you. The problem is with safety. If you were to pull and clean the burner assy. then re-install it incorrectly or damage part of it, the result could be explosive. Leave it alone and pay the price to have it done properly.
