im having trouble covering a plywood wall with white paint,i have used 2 coats of primer and 1 coat of finish paint all latex and the stains keep coming through . any suggestions

jsergy, If its stains that are coming through the paint you will have to use an oil stain killer like KILZ Original. Once the bleeders are spotted with this and touched up they should not come back. If they are very bad two coats of primer may be needed...Good Luck...Mike
