Recently I bought a Makita hand router (I don't remember the exact model number). I have a very basic knowledge of how to use such tool and I'm very short of ideas when it comes to techniques.
Do you know of any good websites that provides some useful information related to router usage and techniques?
Thanks
ROBERT

Thanks for you link tow-guy. Unfortunaltey the Router section refers to table router and not hand router. Altough most of the ideas still apply some of them might vary a bit.

Sorry, should have mentioned those were mostly table-related. If I come across any better I'll post. Have you considered a table for your router? Can't remember the last time I had my router OUT of my table it is so useful.

Go to your local Sears store. They have a router basics book that they sell. It is aimed at a Craftsman router, but the basic operations are the same. Might also want to go to a local home center (Home Depot, Lowes). They should also have books on router basic.

The Sears one is just called Router Basics and I believe that there is one by the Black & Decker fols by the same name.
