In the bathroom there are several studs on the exterior load bearing wall that are rotten at the bottom. The particle board decking is also rotten. What is the best way to repair those studs? The sole plate on the wall is also damaged. The header and sill are OK. How can I replace the decking under the sole plate? The area damaged is in a corner of the bathroom where the tub sat. Thanks!
