I am trying to strip kitchen cabinets. I am using a citristrip product. I think I left the wood wet to long and now there is little black dots on the wood, like mold or mildew. Can I fix this problem- sanding maybe? Please help.

Use oxalic acid - it's a wood bleach available from most paint stores.
