I have a 4 year old Trane XE80 forced air gas furnace with igniter - no standing pilot. The small auxilary blower comes on for 15-20 seconds, shuts off for a minute, starts up again, shuts off, and this repeats. There is no spark from the igniter and of course no gas flow. I removed the igniter, looks brand new, tested OK for continuity with an OHM meter. The shut off/restart instructions say to shut off gas, and push the on/off lever on top of gas valve to off. I did this and I heard a soft click from the switch on top of the valve. Never heard any more noises when turning this switch on or off. Bad gas valve? One of the sensors? Ignition module or ?? Thank you for any suggestions!

Thank you for the reply!
I since found that the control module - I assume the same as the circuit board - has a LED that flashes trouble codes. The info. on the module said that the 3 flashes pattern that was displaying means 'pressure switch problem'. It's a Tridelta pressure switch. Does this sound like a possibility? Thanks again.
