My oak veneer cabinets have spots around the edges that look like the polyurethane has bubbles or has let go of the wood. This is only where there is alot of exposure to water around the sink. Do I have to refinish the whole door or can I just wipe these areas with mineral spirits and sand them and reapply more polyurethane?
