I am about to embark upon adding cellulose insualtion to my attic via a blower type machine. Has anyone used such a machine before, are there any tricks or pointers to help on my way ? Thankyou.

Why add cellulose? You can install a radiant barrier system over the existing material or on the bottom of the rafters and get a lot more effiiency for less money. I have been installing these systems for 29 yeras and have never seen cellulose perform as good as a radiant barrier.

Enter seach engine; "radiant barrier" or reflective insulation".

Thank you for considering my opinion.

If you have any questions abpot method or material source, let me know.

Thanks
