Ok now that I am done with installing my insulation. I have an itch that you wont believe and of course i didnt wear gloves or a long sleeve shirt when I was installing my insulation, so does anyone out there have a good solution for my problem. And yes I know I made a booboo and will promise to the building gods that I will never never install insulation without the proper clothing.

Take a cold shower, which will open your pores and allow the minute insulation particles to be washed away.
Best remedy that I know for insulation itch.
