My husband used spray paint on our toilet seat to cover a small area where the paint had been chipped away. The paint is the correct color, but I have 2 questions: First, the paint is rougher to the touch than our original toilet seat. Can we use sandpaper, or what is best? Second and even more important, he got the spray paint inside the toilet bowl too, and it makes it look like the bowl hasn't been cleaned in months. What should we do to get rid of the paint in there that won't harm the toilet bowl too?
