John, I'm not from Louisiana but cajun food is the best and that's how I got the nickname.

What about using tumble marble for the floor tiles in a bathroom or kitchen? I really like the look of it.

Here's the deal. In my work I install marble on floors all the time, but these people have maids and other cleaning people to do things for them. They are not' do-it-yourselfers. Since you are, I deduce you don't have a maid. Therefore, I would advise you to use something easier to care for on your floors.

Maybe in the master bath, if there is practically no traffic and you're not likely to spill anything on the floor (yeah, right).
