I need help with installation problem on a kohler senza by-pass shower door. The left front door connectors, which connect the door to the curb do not move. The door will move, but the connectors stay put. The right side works perfectly. Has anyone experienced this problem? I have tried calling the Kohler 800 line, but they are of no help.
