Solid Hardwood, Engineered and Laminate Flooring - Height Of New Hardwood Flooring Affecting Doors and Stairs

My plan for installing new 3/4" solid hardwood flooring in our new cinderblock home will raise the height of the floor. Is it easy to find new doors (bifold and regular) that can accomodate the new floor height? How would I get the final stair tread at the top of the stairs to match the additional hallway floor height?

You can easily trim the bottom of most doors to accomodate the increased flooring height. How much are we talking about here? I don't understand the second question. You'll need to elaborate on it. If the upstairs is wood as well, you'll need to install the tread or nosing first

Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply to my query. Let me explain my second question better. The upstairs part of my new townhouse has 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a stairs connected by a hallway. The hallway is going to be wood floored also, so the finished floor height will be elevated compared to the top tread of the stairs if I don't do something.

Actually the top stair tread looks to be like a narrow 3-4" strip of stained wood that merges (is flush with) with the floor.

Are you suggesting I install a new top tread?
