How do i take old paint off of cane wicker?

Get some soap and water, stiff brush and scrub the heck out of it than use your garden hose and spray off flakes. stripper can be used but can damage the cane. Set your furniture in the sun to dry. Do again if you have to.

The Two Guys have a good idea - for something stronger than soap and water that won't damage the cane, try TSP, available from any good paint store.
