I wanted to put Saltillo tile on my kitchen floor; however, I am getting conflicting information at the stores. Do you have to strip off sealer and re-seal it every 5-6 years, or does a good sealer last 20 years?

The five or six years would be closer to the truth, depending on the amount of traffic the floor will receive. Maybe ten years, but not twenty.
