hello, i am thinking of putting some decoupage on the white tile on parts of my kitcken wall. i searched this site to see if i could find a post on it and i couldnt find one. what i've read on various other sites suggests the tiles would have to be removed to be fired in order to decoupage. is this true? is there a way to put a ready made design on my tiles without removing them?thank you in advance.

It is true that tiles must be removed to be refired. You might consider using decals purchased from one of those artsy stores.
There are also ceramic appliques that can be glued over the tiles. They are called spotters.
Off hand, I'll have to send you to Australia to have a look at some, but you can find them anywhere by asking around tile stores.
