I have recently sprayed and backrolled the ceilings and high walls of three vaulted ceiling rooms with latex paint. I would like to eliminate the spray and only roll the lower walls. I have been using a high qualiy 1/2" nap wool and synthetic roller for back-rolling. If I don't spray the lower walls (roll only), will the finished appearance be the same as when sprayed and then back-rolled. Thanks for your replies and advise. Wil

cpo1, You should not notice any real difference since you did back roll the spraying. You might let that first rolled only wall dry and take a look to make sure but I bet it will be fine.....Mike
