Hello all-- I am considering coating my house with Tex-cote instead of painting over the existing stucco. I would appreciate comments from folks who have had it applied to their homes, contractors who are familiar with the product or similar products, or others who chose not to use it and why. I have received two bids for $18K and for $10K to coat my single story tract home in San Diego, that cover virtually identical steps. Thanks for the advice!
