Most flooring dealers and home centers can recommend the appropriate transitional pieces for your flooring products. You will need a wooden reducer to go from your wood to your tile. These can be purchased to match your wood or you can finish one to match. Installers usually turn and tuck carpet along tile. If you do not have enough carpet to accomplish this, then you will have to purchase a transitional piece for carpet to tile. Good luck.
