I've decided to remodel my bathroom but do not want to remove the wall tile. The tile is ceramic and in good condition. How do I paint over it? Do I use enamel paint or acrylic latex paint? Is it easier to repaint the entire wall and then regrout it or can you recommend another way to keep the grout white?

I know of no paint that holds up well over ceramic wall tiles. Don't do it.
