I am in the process of tearing out my plaster and lathe upstairs. I was wondering if anyone could give me any hints as to removing the debris? I would like to make a "chute" to go from the window upstairs to the back of my truck. Any ideas?

Make a chute out of scrap plywood, or plywood industry "seconds" (called "blows") that have manufacturing imperfections, but are good enough for secondary uses, such as this.
Brace with 2X4s.
Good Luck!
