I'm have a few rental properties that seem to need repainting (interior) on a frequent basis. Up until now, I have been doing it the old fashioned way (and the best way IMHO) using a brush and a roller.
As my family increases in size, I find that I no longer have as much time to spend on re-painting, but the job still needs to get done...those tenants sure are hard on paint!
I've never used a paint sprayer before, but it seems to me that it would be much faster. I do have an air compressor. What are my options for paint sprayers? I'm looking for speed, and I don't mind spending a bit more on paint (since I hear that sprayers use more than brushes and rollers). I am also willing to sacrifice quality (in terms of longevity of the paint job...since it needs re-painting frequently anyway) for speed of application.
