When our house was painted, paint was splattered on the brick pillars of the porch. Is there a cleaner that I can apply to get rid of this??

I just removed alot of layers of paint from concrete steps using paint removal.....try a small section and see if it will remove the paint. I wanted to use Peel Away 21 which is formulated for paint removal on brick, however I was unable to find the product in my area.
