1. My bathtub is 70's pink and I am wanting to paint it white. Is it possible to paint bathtubs? And if so - where do I start? Do I sand it down? Apply a primer? Use a special glossy sealer?

2. I am also wondering if it's possible to paint my bathroom floor tile? What are the steps I take to do this?

I need really specific directions or suggestions as to who can answer these questions for me. I don't know where to start!

Painting a bathtub is not for the weak of heart. There are professional contractors that paint bathtubs and they look very good. It may cost $300 but it is worth while to have it look 'not painted'. I can not comment on painting bathroom tiles. It may be easier just to pull them up and put down the ones you want.
