A good breathable sealer may forestall the inevitable...(no time estimate). But don't set your hopes on completely stopping or reversing the damage.

Hello
Why is the concret bridk breaking down? Have it checked, if you need to they have many thing you can add to the brick to set and cemente every thing together again but you need to know why it is breaking down....acid in the rain water? over time many thing can make this happen.....water getting in and freezing as 2000 said a good sealer may help...Good Luck
