Is there something I can do to insulate the loft that I live in? My condo has exposed wood ceilings and a flat roof. I have high ceilings, about 12 feet tall. There is no insulation between the roof and the ceiling; I live on the ground floor and there is no unit above me. I was told there was not much I could do outside of placing insulation between the ceiling and then installing a false ceiling to cover it. I'd prefer to keep the wood exposed.
