Okay, now the rest of my problem with this pesky front porch. I don't know what they did to this concrete when they poured it, but when it gets wets, it is like an ice skating rink! My garage floor is the same way. I need any advice on how to fix this outdoor floor, (besides pouring a new one). Thanks!

go to your local home improvement store and get a anti slip additive for paint and simply paint it on your porch, many come in stains which you can add texture and different patterns.
