Hi,
Can anybody help me with this.
I have an indoor (A/C)unit in the attic (electric).
I can't get the fan to stop. I turn the thermostat fan switch to "Auto", but the fan runs non stop. The only way to stop it is to switch off power on the unit itself. Cold air is coming fine, it's just the fan.
It is getting pretty expensive to leave the fan on 24x7, and I am afraid this can cause any damage to the system.
So far I have replaced the thermostat, but the problem persists. I have also replaced the filters, no luck. I wonder what else I could try before calling an expert at $85.00/hr.
Thanks in advance.
Andy.
