The lady who tried to "decorate" (and I use the term very loosely)used the acustic ceiling stuff on all the walls in the bathrooms and I NEED to remove it, it is SOOOOOOO UGLY and very unappealing. It makes me nervous just to use that bathroom! LOL How do I remove this stuff without having to replace the entire wallboard?? Is there a product to remove paint/texture stuff from drywall? All I can find is remover for metal and wood stuff...... please HELP!!!

Get a Windex type spray bottle, and spray the walls with water, and get a wide sheetrock blade, and scrape it off.
Test a small area to get the hang of it.
You do want to make it too wet, just wet enough to easily scrape it off.
After the wall drys, spackle any scrapes, lightly sand the wall, prime and repaint.
Good Luck!
