I have a Janitrol CPL24 heat pump and I am trying to install a LUX HPT 2110, programable heat pump thermostat. I need assistance on correctly wiring it to the new thermostat. The tstat I am replacing was a LUX mechanical. Here are the wires I have:
G--green
RH--red
Y--yellow
O--white
W--The Y(yellow) was going to both the Y and W terminals.
Here is what the new tstat terminals are:
G
R
Y
W2
O
B
E
I will put G to G, O to O because those seem obvious. I believe that RH should now be R. (Let me know if that is right.) My question is with Y and W. Do I hook them up the same--with the wire first going to Y and then to W? Also, If I don't have B or E is that ok?
Thank you in advance!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got on the phone with LUX and the tech said that I had purchased more thermostat than I needed. He had me get their 1500 model thermostat and it works(plus $20 cheaper).
