I have a 30 yr old tri-level with crawl space. THe insulation in the crawl is in the floor joists vapor side down (wrong I know). Before I reversed it I noticed another problem, the insulation feels moist, especially in cold weather around the crawl space vents. I was told to leve the vents open all year. So, now I have some mold on a small section of the fiberglass. What do I do now?
