I've purchase house with a/c unit that hasn't been working for a couple of years. Unit has 240 volts at switch, the thermostat wire is disconnected with no transformer. I need to know how to properly wire the funace fan and the air conditioner to the thermostat. The furnace is a Lennox and the air conditioner is a Trane.
