I need help.
I have a new house and the driveway is starting to crumble and small holes appearing.
The driveway was poured and it rained hard. The surface was marked up badly and all the builder would do is re-wet the concrete and re-face it. It didn't look that good and is already showing serious wear after 1 month.
What can be done, if anything? Suspect I will have to go after the builder to get any satisfaction.

There is not much really that can be done. Other than actually replacing the concrete. When the rain had damaged the surface, the contractor should have just tried to refinish it. But by actually "rewetting" the surface he actually did even more damage. The surface is doing what is called "scailing". There is no fix other than to replace it. After the concrete was poured he should have covered it with some visqueen to protect it from water.
