I have a vinyl window and would like to paint the frame a different color. Does any one know the steps required to do this? Please let me know if this is possible.

I wouldn't suggest doing it. First, you will probably find it difficult to get the paint to stick to the vinyl, and I would be concerned about what the paint would do to the vinyl.
