My living room has a 24ft ceiling and the horizontal drywall seams are visible on all 4 walls only at night when the recessed lights are on. The builder says this is normal with tall walls and over head lights. Is this true or did they forget to sand the joints and check for imperfections?

Hi jat,i think your builder is full of ****.If the drywall was finish properly you would not see any seams.
