sears crafsman 4hp 25gl single cylinder oil free model# 919152920 like new used very little. will fill to 40 lb,s only and keep running. need advice THANKS.

I believe there is a rubber diaphragm in there which may have ruptured or not holding pressure.

Go to Sears.com and then click "parts". Plug in your model # and see if you can find your exploded view of parts for it.
